Natalia brings a unique blend of educational and administrative experience to her role as Office Administrator at Retrieve Physiotherapy. Originally from Ukraine, she holds a Master’s degree in History and began her career as a dedicated school teacher. After moving to Canada, Natalia found her passion in the healthcare field, where she spent couple of years as a Patient Coordinator at Parkside Village Therapy in Mississauga, Ontario.
In her previous role, Natalia managed a wide range of essential tasks, including patient scheduling, billing, insurance communications, and maintaining clinic performance metrics. Her attention to detail and commitment to improving operational efficiency helped ensure a smooth and supportive experience for both patients and staff.
At Retrieve Physiotherapy, Natalia continues to provide excellent administrative support, helping the clinic run seamlessly so patients can focus on their recovery and well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys riding her bike and exploring new places, always curious and ready for the next adventure.
